Sell the Shovel
During the California Gold Rush in the 1800’s, a few people made money by finding gold. Most did not. However there were some people that became millionaires by selling something else.
They sold the shovels, pans, and other supplies to the thousands of people that flocked to California in search of gold.
One example is Samuel Brannan. He was considered to be the first millionaire west of the Mississippi. He became a millionaire during the California gold rush in 1849 by capitalizing on the needs of miners. He created a monopoly over mining goods and supplies in California.
My name is Di Heuser and over the last three years I have created a profitable business-to-business entity by using the same principle.
By selling the tools and resources to product creators in the low content book niche for Amazon KDP and other platforms, I have helped other people start their own publishing business. The goal is provide customers with products that they can use immediately without a lot of work and get them published or selling to the end consumer.
I have grown this business to the point that I am now able to employ a team of people to help me drive this business to the next level.
Not only that, I now have financial security, and can provide for my family’s needs without stressing each month about money.
My goal is to help you do the same.
This training course will teach you every aspect of creating a PLR and Commercial Use business for the Low Content Book Niche.
I will share all my secrets with you to help you get started.

Is this training right for you?
Building a serious business takes a lot of time, money and working smart. It is not a hobby.
However you can do this, if you commit to a dedicated daily schedule of getting the work done.
Even if you have a day job which takes up most of your day, you can allocate a number of hours EACH day to getting this done.
It all depends on how determined you are to change your life, even if you are just starting out on your own.
Is it worth it?
Absolutely without a doubt. All the hard work I have put into this business has paid off in a big way.
- I am financially stable.
- I can afford to employ people to do the bulk of the work
- I am helping my staff (family members and others) to earn money during these difficult times
- I get to focus on my strengths which is strategy and creating training materials
- And then I get to play in the vegetable garden, create junk journals and other fun stuff
I am not a designer. How will I come up with products?
There are so many ways to create different products even if you are not a designer as such.
I will show you how to create a ton of products by:
- Outsourcing cost effectively
- Using templates and ready made patterns
- Create a library of layouts you can re-use over and over again
- Using automation tools
- Bartering your skills
- Using bought commercial use products and modifying them enough to sell as PLR
- Scanning old books for images (think thrift shops)
- Using public domain images
- Repurposing your content into multiple different products
- Thinking outside the box
