Yes it can but you must covert it to a PDF first. You cannot sell the PowerPoint source files.
Hi. Got a few questions
1 – Can Digital Planner document files (i.e., PPTx be edited in Google Slides before being exported as PDF?
2 – Can I add my own cover image to the planner templates? If so, what are the specs?
3 – If I purchase a planner template, how many “new products” can I create/sell by editing that one template?

1. Yes PPT files can be edited in Google Slides
2. Yes you may add your own cover. The specs depend on the size of book you want to print e.g. 6×9 or 8.5 x 11 etc.
3. As many as you like.
